Gather with us
Our desire is to saturate our city, with the love of Jesus. We do this by growing as disciples of Jesus, sharing life as a spiritual family, and living sent as God’s missionary people.

How We Gather

Family Ministry
We believe that God designed parents to be the primary faith trainer for their children. Our heart as a church is to help parents teach their children to love and live the Gospel.

Missional Communities
Our missional communities meet regularly as a spiritual family by sharing meals, reading God’s Word, and praying together.

Serve Together
As Christians, we are called to serve and be the hands and feet of Jesus in a lost and hurting world. We want to serve the people God has placed in our lives.

Spiritually speaking, you will encounter people who are all in different places in their spiritual journey. Some are exploring the Christian faith for the first time, some are returning to church after an absence, and others have spent most of their lives in church.
To determine if the Covenant Church is for you, consider your religious experiences, rather than your age, income, or ethnicity.
The following is a list of indicators that may help:
- Has never or rarely attended church throughout their lives
- Grew up in church but now sees church as irrelevant to their lives
- Has a desire for God but no desire for religion
- Searching for spiritual answers
- Seeking a community focused on biblical depth
- Has bitterness toward religion and/or God due to a bad church experience
- Is skeptical of Christianity
That’s OK. We have many people in our church for whom the church experience is new. We seek to create a welcoming environment for those who are curious about God, but have never felt comfortable in church. We also do our best to explain each element of the worship gathering so that people don’t get lost along the way. We want Covenant Church to be a place where you can learn, apply and wrestle with who God is and what He wants for you. It’s okay if you don’t have it all figured out yet; we don’t either.
The worship gatherings at Covenant Church are relaxed, but focused. We aren’t flashy, and we don’t believe people need big productions to connect with God. We follow a basic pattern of meeting together that is traced back to the early Church. We teach from the Bible. We pray, meditate, sing and reflect. We respond by taking communion together on a regular basis. We try to make our worship gatherings accessible to those who are new to the Christian faith, and at the same time, fresh for those who have been in the church for a long time.
Covenant Church is a family-friendly environment. We believe that children are a blessing from God and should be taught about God and his plan for the world in a fun learning environment. Covenant Kids is provided for newborns through 5th grade. For more information on our family ministry, click here.
MIDDLE & HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS
We offer equipping classes for our middle and high school students on Sundays at 9:30AM. These classes focus on teaching, discussion, and fostering our student community.
Wear whatever you feel comfortable wearing. Though there is no set dress code at Covenant Church, most of our people dress on the casual side.
We would love for you to invite your friends. We do our best to be a warm and welcoming environment for people who are curious about Christianity or who are looking to belong to a community of Christ-followers.
Covenant partnership allows members to express their commitment to this local body of believers, and their desire to pursue the mission of God together.
